Oxblood, and a name.
Oxhan joins two words: oxblood, our colour, and Arhan, the founder's name. We are a small, design-led label that makes clothes for people who would rather stay at dinner than rush to the next thing.
Few pieces, made well
Each drop has only a handful of pieces. We pick good cloth, use honest construction and keep the trims simple, so the clothes are worth wearing for years.
Three colours
Oxblood, bone and ink. Oxblood is the deep red of old leather and late wine. It is where our name comes from, and it is the colour we return to.
A wink, not a flag
Our humour comes from the joke about being an hour late and still arriving in style. There is no heritage costume and no nationalism. Everyone is welcome to wear it, wherever they are from.
Very Turkish Time.
Drop 01 starts with that phrase. It means the dinner was set for eight, the first guest arrived at nine, and nobody minded. Our watch-face monogram has one index, placed at one o'clock, just past the hour.
