The short version
- Return unworn, unwashed pieces with their tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- We refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
- Exchanges for a different size are free within Europe, subject to stock.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.
Türkiye: 14-day right of withdrawal (cayma hakkı)
Orders delivered in Türkiye can be withdrawn from within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and the full amount is refunded within 14 days of your notice. Start it on the Return or exchange page. The binding Turkish terms are in the Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi and the Ön Bilgilendirme Formu.
Right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
If you live in the EU or UK you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day window is in addition to this right and does not replace it.
How to return
Email [email protected] with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. OWNER: insert return address and, if available, a prepaid label process.
Faulty items
If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault from normal wear, contact us with a photo and we'll repair, replace or refund it, whichever you prefer.
