Which size should I pick?
The shirt has a relaxed cut. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller one. Every product page has a size chart in centimetres.
How long does shipping take?
In Türkiye orders ship within 2 working days and usually arrive in 1 to 3 working days. We email the tracking number when it ships, and the Order status page shows it too.
What is the Drop 01 number?
Drop 01 is only 40 pieces. Each carries a number from 01/40 to 40/40 on its neck label. The number is given when payment is confirmed and appears on the confirmation, the invoice and in your account.
How do I return or exchange?
You can withdraw within 14 days of delivery. On the Return or exchange page, enter your order number and email and pick the pieces. We email the return address and next steps.
How do I pay?
Payment is by card on Shopier's secure page. Your card details never reach us. The 3-D Secure code is sent to your phone.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. The order confirmation email has the invoice link; with an account you can also download it from your orders.
How should I care for the shirt?
Wash at 30°C, inside out. Line dry. Iron on medium heat, not over the embroidery.
