Shipping

Every order ships tracked from the atelier. Here's how long it takes and what it costs.

Drop 01: Türkiye only

  • Drop 01 ships to addresses in Türkiye only. Pieces are paid in Turkish lira through Shopier.
  • Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and usually arrive in 1 to 3 working days, tracked. Delivery cost: free / amount in TRY.

Later drops: delivery times

  • Europe: 3 to 6 working days, tracked. €9.
  • International (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, Türkiye): 5 to 10 working days, tracked. $18.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 (Istanbul time) on a working day are dispatched within 2 working days.

Duties and taxes

EU prices include VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival, and the recipient pays them. OWNER: confirm whether you will ship DDP (duties paid) once a logistics partner is chosen.

Tracking

When your order leaves the atelier we email you a tracking link. If a parcel hasn't moved for 5 working days, write to [email protected] and we'll chase it with the carrier.
