Who we are

What we collect and why
- Order data (name, email, shipping and billing address, items): to fulfil the contract of sale.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Account data (if you create one): to show order history and saved addresses.
- Essential cookies: to keep your cart and session. We do not use advertising cookies. OWNER: update if analytics or marketing tools are added.
- Analytics and marketing cookies (analytics, Meta and TikTok pixels) load only after you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner; "Cookie settings" in the footer changes the choice.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services needed to run the shop: our payment provider (Dodo Payments / Stripe), our carrier (CARRIER), and our hosting provider (HOST). Each one processes data under its own terms and applicable law.
Retention and your rights
We keep order records for as long as tax law requires (typically 10 years) and delete account data when you ask us to. Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
