These are the terms that apply when you buy from Oxhan Atelier.

The seller
The seller is LEGAL ENTITY NAME, REGISTERED ADDRESS, TAX / VAT NUMBER. If a merchant-of-record payment provider is used, that provider may appear as the seller on your receipt. OWNER: confirm once Dodo Payments is activated.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in your region's currency and include VAT where applicable. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Products
The imagery on this site is currently illustrations, not photographs. Colours and details on the finished garment may differ slightly. Each piece's material and care instructions are listed on its product page.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the laws of JURISDICTION, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
